Het team van Certima bestaat uit auditors, trainers en professionals in certificeringsbedrijven, gevestigd in Nederland en heel Europa.

We spreken meerdere talen, begrijpen de wereldwijde dynamiek van de voedselvoorzieningsketen, de internationale en lokale voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften en brengen praktische ervaring mee uit de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

Alle Certima-auditors en -trainers zijn gekwalificeerde professionals die zijn opgeleid in de IFS- en BRCGS-normen. Ze hebben een aanzienlijke achtergrond in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, logistiek en retail, als operationeel leider of kwaliteitsmanager.

Elk lid van ons team wordt regelmatig getraind en beoordeeld en er is een continu competentieontwikkelingsprogramma. Zo blijven we op één lijn met de standaardbeheerders en accreditatie-instellingen, terwijl we bij elke audit duidelijkheid en consistentie creëren.
